Refund Policy

  3. Fill out the form completely and correctly, including information on the item(s) being returned, the reason for the return, and the order number.
  4. Once we receive your completed form, our team will analyse the information and process your refund as soon as possible. If further information or clarification is required, we may contact you.
  5. Please keep in mind that the refund may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment type.

Refund Exclusions

Please keep the following Refund exclusions in mind while initiating a refund request:

  • Refunds will not be granted on trial packs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The refund includes only the product cost.
