Shipping

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order has been processed and dispatched along with a tracking number. Orders will be sent via Australia Post between Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Please allow up to 10 days (depending on your location) to receive your order, however most orders are delivered within 5 days.

  • We use Australia Post for deliveries.
  • Please use your tracking number to track your delivery or contact us at orders@goodforplanet.com.au for any issues with the delivery of your order.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and of course we will meet all our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition, we do take great care to ensure we present a high-quality range of products via our online store, however if for any reason the goods you receive are damaged or defective we will refund or exchange the item(s), provided you contact us within 30 days of delivery and you provide proof of purchase (i.e. online invoice/order confirmation). Good 4 Planet Pty Ltd reserves the right to not offer a refund or exchange where the item fault is the result of misuse or neglect. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

How do I make a return?

Please email orders@goodforplanet.com.au with your order number, your name and contact number, photo of product and reason for return. One of our customer service representatives will contact you with what to do from here.
